Apply now and become a part of our exciting journey! Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Proposal Manager to join our team at RailPros. This role will lead the proposal response process, ensuring high-quality, persuasive proposals and presentations that meet RFP requirements. The Proposal Manager will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Proposal Development: Direct pursuit strategy sessions and oversee the development of compelling RFP responses.

Strategize and Analyze: Analyze RFPs to create effective capture plans and develop value propositions and win themes. Identify and address technical gaps.

Coordinate and Collaborate: Partner with the Marketing team to design infographics, icons, and images. Collaborate with various teams to prepare technical sections.

Manage Documentation: Maintain an organized library of qualification statements, project descriptions, and resumes.

Mentor and Guide: Provide mentorship to junior staff and handle additional responsibilities as needed.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional prooing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

Organizational Skills: Excellent abilities to prioritize tasks and balance competing deadlines effectively.

Positive Attitude: Demonstrated "can-do" mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Technology Proficiency: Early adopter of cutting-edge technology with confidence in using tools like Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, and other publishing tools.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

:Qualifications:Required Education and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Extensive experience in responding to RFPs, with a proven track record of successful proposal management.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Civil Engineering or Architecture, Engineering, or Construction AEC industry terminology.

Experience: 10+ years in proposal management, coordination, or technical writing. 5+ years in Marketing or Business Development within an AEC firm.

Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) is a plus.
