Position Details Position Information Recruitment/Posting Title Rutgers Business School - Nwk and NB - Lecturers/Adjuncts (Part-Time) - Fall 2024 Department RBS - Human Resources Salary Salary per Credit Posting Summary The Rutgers Business School at Rutgers - Newark and New Brunswick is accepting applications for lecturers (formerly Part Time Lecturers) and Adjuncts for the Fall 2024 term, with courses beginning in September 2024 until December 2024. We are seeking qualified candidates who will contribute to the University's educational mission, as well as the academic objectives and goals of the Rutgers Business School, combining learning and enterprise.Our academic units and programs consist of Accounting and Information Systems, Administrative Studies, Finance and Economics, Marketing, Business Fashion, Management and Global Business, Management Systems and Information Science, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Analytics and Intelligence, Information Technology and Analytics, Quantitative Finance, Business Innovation, Executive MBA, MBA programs (various concentrations), Doctoral Programs, International Programsjust to name a few.Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:Instructing/Co-instructing courses at the graduate and/or undergraduate level (may include traditional lecture, hybrid, and/or fully online courses)Prepare course materials (e.g., syllabi, presentations, hand-outs, reading materials, etc.)Provide advisement and constructive feedback to students as well as instruction regarding student work and academic standardsRespond to student emails and inquiriesAdhere to grade submission policies and deadlinesAdhere to University policies and regulationsPractice innovative educational methodology Position Status Posting Number 24FA0042 Posting Open Date Posting Close Date Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Masters degree in a related field or relevant industry experience is required. Doctoral degrees are preferred.
