  • 10+ years of overall IT work experience including developing, business analysis, and project management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as an IT Project Manager.
  • Prefer candidate with Software Development experience
  • Experienced in handling multiple scrum teams in a distributive Agile environment
  • Goal oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with business delivery teams, leadership, senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely cross business delivery teams.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, and up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate with a broad set of constituencies, both technical and non-technical.
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field.
