The Medium Law Firm Senior Client Executive leads a team that will nurture opportunities and move our most complex renewals to close for existing 'non-named' account renewals and incremental sales (upsell). Travel as required.About the Role:In this opportunity as a Senior Client Executive, you will:Identify the best channel for engagement with customersValidate customer needs, shape product plans, and drive deals to closeBe expected to schedule an average of 8-10 virtual and in-person appointments per week that move the ball forwardSupport in developing and executing territory growth strategiesPossess core knowledge across products within the subsegment and engage Sales Specialists where deep product expertise is required to drive to closeUnderstand macro and micro market trends, customer challenges, organizational structure, and how decisions are made; create monthly product engagement data analysis, with a plan to expand; maintain relationships with key stakeholders for Westlaw, Practical Law, and HighQUnderstand specific customer archetypes and needs that are most prevalent within the subsegment and territoryFocus on driving retention and achieving renewal targets by engaging existing customers during the renewal windowUtilize an automated and insight-driven Salesforce workflow to progress dealsAbout You:You're a fit for the Senior Client Executive role if your background includes:5-7 years' experience with successful sales in Business to Business marketplace4 year degree or equivalent experience; JD preferredSales/Client Retention experience, preferably in the legal marketExperience with product training and professional developmentOur ideal candidate will also possess:Expertise at forecasting monthly goalsExcellent knowledge and understanding of products and services for the Medium Law Channel. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $141,800 - $263,300. The target total cash compensation range in other locations may vary. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
