About the Role
Client is looking for an experienced senior manager to help drive the overall business across various media disciplines. The ideal candidate has an understanding of the various awareness channels as well as how those tactics best work in complement with performance media, with the ability to bring a holistic, integrated strategy to life. He/she should have a proven track record of strong project management skills, working cross functionally across teams and departments – creative, tech, integrated marketing, etc. The role will focus on managing campaign and tactical optimizations as well as a clear and concise testing roadmap across channels. Additionally, the role will bridge the gap from the paid media team to the creatives, ensuring we're optimizing and leveraging the appropriate creative within the right media to maximize ROI. The role will span the general market space as well as have a heavy hand in the Hispanic space, so a fundamental understanding of the multi-cultural marketplace is preferred. The key responsibilities will include the following:

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight and ownership of media/creative evaluation, coordination, strategy and management
  • Reporting/Analytics based on creative – pulling, analyzing and creating insights based on creative performance to further optimize media and generate efficiency (maximize investment and ROI)
  • Specific channels will include Hispanic, Mobile App Install, and audio
  • Evaluation of assets/creative across Premium Plus and Plus – what is working and what isn't, where should we focus resources, etc.
  • Paid Media lead (management and coordination) of ad hoc initiatives – also ensuring they work in complement with each other and our general BAU media
  • Cadence based on workload and bandwidth
  • Collaborate across marketing and brand teams to develop multi-channel creative and messaging strategies – includes creation of content calendar, creative rotation recommendations based on media results, etc.
  • Specific channels will include Hispanic, Mobile App Install, and audio
  • Additional channels/media would be based on bandwidth
  • Coordination across various creative teams to help gather assets and ensure distribution
  • Work on content rights and approvals where needed
  • Support ticketing requests/tracking, spec sheet creation, trafficking management across agencies
  • Work with agencies on test plans and campaign optimizations (requires assessing analytics and campaign results)
  • Focus on specific Channels such as MAI, Hispanic, and Audio
  • Campaign led for initiative and tactical optimizations across key channels (MAI, Audio, and Hispanic)
  • Work with Hispanic lead to oversee certain aspects of US Hispanic business (i.e. improving customer UX, establishing onboarding emails, improve efficiencies across channels)
  • Position will require communications and constant collaboration with marketing teams such as site side acquisition, MOPs, member retention, etc.
  • Additional flex support across media channels
  • Channels to include Mobile App Install, and audio, among others
  • Additional channels/media would be based on bandwidth
  • Proactive thinking on how to improve process and overall project management
  • Help to manage and update budgets and finance documents

Basic qualifications
  • Experience in project management
  • Preferred experience working with media agencies
  • Firm understanding of the overall media landscape as we as a fairly comprehensive knowledge of most paid media channels (display, social, radio, TV, OOH, OLV, mobile app, etc.)
  • Always up to speed on marketing trends with a keen understanding of ad formats, specifications and the different tactics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time in a fast paced environment
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Experience in tracking customer journey across multiple devices and provide a holistic view of performance drivers
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights and learnings from reports
  • Proven ability for innovation and ability to bring new ideas to the table to continue to advance the business
  • Experience managing a holistic budget

Preferred qualifications
  • 7+ years marketing experience in a goal-oriented organization
  • Experience setting and achieving quantitative goals for both brand and direct response objectives
