This is a full-time position.A key member of the Bristol-Myers Squibb Children s Hospital (BMSCH) leadership team, the Director, Accreditations and Business Operations provides leadership to new initiatives, programs and services through business planning and direct operational oversightQualifications:Required:
5+ years of leadership experience.
Master degree in Business Administration or other health care administration area.
Preferred:
Management experience in pediatric services preferred.
Leadership to US News Best Children s Hospital initiatives preferred.

Essential Functions:
Works with medical and surgical teams to identify opportunities for designations, accreditations and other external recognitions inclusive of US News Best Children s Hospitals ranking.
Organizes and leads clinical and administrative teams to achieve accreditation goals by identifying and addressing gaps, keeping team on task, and meeting timelines.
Develops. In conjunction with Quality Department as appropriate, dashboards to track progress and outcomes.
Leads implementation/start-up of new services/programs.
Leads US News Best Children s Hospital work groups with expected achievement of specialty ranking as well as achievement of other external accreditations/recognitions.
Works in conjunction with other hospital and system resources, supports BMSCH operational units in their business analytics for decision-making and supports system pediatric service line initiatives.
