This role sits within S&O's Strategy Management team, a group responsible for building business partnerships, driving communications, and fostering a culture of learning.Strategy Management (SM) is a team of strategic problem solvers and trusted allies who sit at the intersection of business and technology. SM collaborates with Product Group Leads (PGLs) to identify needs and opportunities from both a technical and business perspective to maximize business impact.Senior Manager, Strategy Management role will collaborate with technology and business partners to craft compelling narratives that enable key decisions for a variety of digital enablement strategies for the organization. Equipped with exceptional visual and written storytelling skills, and supportive change management, this role partners closely with Finance, Legal, Human Resource (HR), Payroll, Global Corporate Affairs (GCA), Global Services and Privacy product teams as well as the CBT’s HPT Acceleration Squad, to shape digital transformation strategies, spotlight stories of innovation and focus on digital tools and processes that align business strategies and technology solutions against outcomes that matter.At Johnson & Johnson, we believe health is everything! Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.Key Responsibilities:Shape Strategy: Partner with the heads of technology and Product Group Leads (PDLs) to deploy tools and processes that enable digital strategy and business metrics, as well as techniques to deeply understand their business. Understands business needs and language, how digital products can achieve business goals to drive an improved experience, efficiencies and effectiveness. Brings to bear communications and organizational change strategies to advance business priorities and ensure consistent and effective outcomes and impact.Stakeholder Management : Seamlessly translates technology and business needs into actionable messages to inform target audiences, secure sponsor support and enable strategic decisioning. Works closely with CBT’s Learning Partner to shape the training strategy, embed storytelling and presentation skills through the organization, and develop a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous learning to achieve deliverables aligned to business outcomes. Partners with the business to tell stories of innovation powered by technology. Leads cross-functional business and technology teams to define and align Objectives and Key Results that matter to the business. Deliverables may include announcements, newsletters, town hall updates and presentation coaching. Aligns messaging with J&J’s brand guidelines and CBT’s Senior Manager, Technology Communications.Change Management & Business Enablement: Collaborates with Product Group Leads to identify technology needs and emerging business opportunities to maximize impact. Prioritizes work with a strategic lens and resource availability. Amplifies the value of change management as a storytelling capability through the development of a suite of self-service tools (e.g. change story template, change assessment, communication plans).Strategy management: In the spirit of continuous improvement, continue to optimize operational efficiency and drive innovation by collaborating with members of the S&O team and supporting the capabilities and services offered by the Strategy and operations team.QualificationsEducation:

BA/BS required

Experience and Skills:Required:

8 years experience in strategic business partnership and organizational change communication for digital transformation

Experience in developing and executing a strategy is required

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization, are required.

Experience in leading digital transformation work within a large, highly-matrixed organization is required.

Excellent judgment and professional maturity

Proactive, self-starter and able to work independently and in a team environment

Independent decision-making and problem-solving related to the implementation of efforts

Demonstrated success in managing high-impact projects

Thrives in a fast paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred:

Experience in data & visualization tools is preferred

Salary:The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.The base pay range for this position is $113,000 - $195,500.Bonus:The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.Benefits:

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
