Description Robert Half is seeking a Wholesale Account Representative they will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with wholesale clients, managing orders, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves understanding client needs, providing product information, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the wholesale market.Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Manage the order process from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, pricing, and promotions to effectively address client inquiries and provide recommendations.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions to the management team.
Requirements
Proven experience in wholesale sales or account management.
Strong understanding of the wholesale market and industry trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
