Bookkeeper
Our company is seeking an experienced, organized AP / AR person with excellent communications skills and accounting background. This is a full time position with at least 2 years of experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft and Quickbooks required.
Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
⢠Process full-cycle A/P and A/R.
⢠Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
⢠Resolve invoice discrepancies.
⢠Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
⢠Execute additional tasks as directed.
Candidates will have the following qualifications:
⢠Proficient with Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
⢠Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
⢠Must have strong work ethics, well-organized and a self-starter.
⢠Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
⢠Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner.
