Must be highly organized and personable.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Word, Outlook, and Excel required. Must be able to multitask and be a team player.
Job duties include:
Billing/AP
Verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Managing Accrual schedules
Credit card reconciliation
Maintain general ledger
Admin related work
Accounting experience required.
