We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Project Administrator / Operations Support professional to support our field managers and keep internal office workflows running smoothly. This role is critical to the success of our projects and serves as a central point of coordination between the office and the field.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to field managers and project teams
Coordinate internal workflows between office staff, field personnel, vendors, and management
Assist with project documentation, scheduling, job tracking, and reporting
Manage and organize digital files, forms, and project records
Support procurement, job setup, and closeout processes
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners
Help improve and maintain efficient office systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications
Entry to mid level experience in an administrative, operations, or project support role
Preferred knowledge of the construction industry (electrical experience is a plus, but not required)
Strong working knowledge of modern computer technologies and platforms (Google Workspace, project management tools, spreadsheets, etc.)
Highly organized, detail oriented, and dependable
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self motivated, proactive, and solutions oriented
