A well established and rapidly growing Commercial Glazing Contractor is seeking a full time Commercial Project Manager for an immediate opening. The Project Manager is an integral part of our team who will work alongside clients, suppliers, subcontractors and office staff. They will manage multiple construction projects ranging from $25,000 to $5,000,000.

Commercial Glazing Project Manager Responsibilities
Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
Manage submittal process with subcontractors. Prepare, submit, and review returned submittals
Release and track procurements of materials
Prepare and submit change orders
Project Accounting Functions, including preparing monthly requisitions for work performed
Manage close out procedures and documents
Manage client satisfaction, project budgets, quality of work, and completion dates
Regular communication with clients, architects, owners, subcontractors, suppliers including job site visits, face to face meetings and written and oral communication
Follow company policies and procedures to uphold our ethical and quality standards
Maintain project binder and computer files to include project documents, change orders, materials.
Build and maintain relationships with client, subcontractor and supplier base
Analyze completed project for timeliness, quality, and budget vs cost.
Requirements for Project Manager
3 years of Glass and Glazing industry experience
3 years demonstrated on-site field experience Glazing
At least 1 year Project Management experience
Ability to manage submittal process and procurement/release of materials
Ability to prepare and submit accurate and timely change orders
Manage multiple projects meeting client expectations, changes in scope, project budget and deadlines Self-motivated with a positive approach and strong time management skills
Highly organized, detail oriented and customer focused
Strong computer, verbal and writing skills. Proficient with Microsoft Suite
Valid Driver's License
