Moline Kronberg Cleaners is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative. We are a high end dry cleaner that provides dry cleaning, fine alterations and bridal services to our customers.
Role Duties -
- The duties of the job will be to receive clothes and give clothes back to customers as they walk in the store.
- The ability to interact with our seamstresses to make sure our customers clothing is checked in properly to the their account.
- There will also be a need to help package and inspect the clothes before it is ready to be given to the customer.
- Assist in other quality control areas if necessary
- Be a team player
