We are a well-established industrial dealer/distributor located in Middlesex. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and online platforms. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Taking phone orders accurately, ensuring all necessary information is recorded and processed in a timely manner.
Entering online orders into our system accurately, ensuring order details are correct and processed promptly.
Managing online inquiries through email or chat platforms, providing helpful and timely responses to customer questions or concerns.
Issuing purchase orders as necessary, following company protocols and ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
Assisting the office manager with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of calls and inquirie
