Location: Hanover Township, conveniently located on the RT 10 corridor.
Shifts Available:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Facility Manager with a business owner's mindset to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to run their desk as if it were their own business. You will be responsible for assigning work orders to contractors to complete various tasks, primarily smaller services, for our esteemed Fortune 500 clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Select and assign contractors based on your experience and our database of trusted professionals.
Ensure that all jobs are completed correctly and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Work closely with contractors to meet client expectations and deliver outstanding results.
Requirements:
Proven experience in selecting and managing contractors.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
Business-minded approach to managing workload and client relationships.
