We are seeking an experienced Property Management Instructor to teach adult students the fundamentals of leasing, tenant relations, Fair Housing, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and property operations.
Responsibilities:
Teach property management topics (leasing, rent collection, laws, marketing).
Provide real-world examples and guide students.
Maintain attendance and evaluate student progress.
Requirements:
Property management or real estate experience required.
Teaching/training experience a plus.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Schedule:
Flexible (day/evening/weekend options).
