Junior Mechanical Design Engineer
For more than 75 years, Foremost Machine Builders, Inc. has provided services to the
plastics, recycling, and material handling industries. Foremost is an innovative
manufacturer of plastics industry equipment and is seeking an experienced individual to
be part of our engineering team in our expanding business.
We have an immediate opportunity in our Fairfield, NJ location for a Junior Mechanical
Design Engineer.
Overview:
The ideal candidate will have an experience working in Engineering/Manufacturing
environment, possess background in MRP support, and Data entry. The individual will
work closely with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in a manufacturing facility, with demonstrated experience
functioning in a design team environment.
Candidate will have engineering and technical background in machinery design
and development utilizing AutoCad and Solid Works.
Must be able to work within Foremost Safety guidelines.
Must be able to understand Bills of Materials, Mechanical drawings.
Must be able to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Must be able and willing to maintain pertaining documentation/records.
Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
