NJGCB is looking to hire Project Manager
Project manager. The ideal PM must already be, OR has recently been, working for a general contractor wherein their responsibility was/is the management of ground-up residential homes. were managing 5 to 6 projects at one time, pending the size of the project.
The candidate must be energetic, have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to work with a high-performance team. If you have a positive attitude with the energy to fulfill all job responsibilities with integrity, excellence along with a strong work ethic, we want to talk to you. This is along term opportunities for the right candidate
Experience Required
- 10+ years recent years in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining: budget, Schedule ,Quality, Safety, Company’s: Policies, Procedures & required Paperwork
Skills required
Fluent in Microsoft Excel is a must!
Work with a high volume of work within tight deadlines and thrive under pressure.
Ability to quickly read and understand blueprints/plans
Ability to read, understand and possess a profound knowledge of Project Budgets, Project Schedules, RFI’s/RFI Log, Submittals/Submittal Log, Purchases/Purchase Logs, Client and Subcontractor Change Orders & Logs, shop drawings, CTC’s (Cost to Completes),WIP (Work in Process), shop drawings, specifications, AIA Billing Requisitions, subcontractor scopes of work, Drawings/Logs, Client Close-Out Packages, Maintenance Manuals, As-built Drawings, Punch Lists
Must to be open minded to learn new way
5+ Years using CAD
5+Years using Bluebeam for take off and estimating
-Hand on skills
-Strong communications skills
