Servers - based on experience, ability, and character.
The ideal server candidate is enthusiastic, a team player, and is a true Drift Hospitality Group brand ambassador. Servers occupy one of the most integral functions in the restaurant. You are responsible for comprehensive food/bev knowledge, selling menu items confidently, curating the best guest experience, and creating repeat business. Beyond that, you are expected to use your skill, knowledge, and personality to provide a dining experience that exceeds all expectations.
Hourly Rate $5.26 + tips (with NJ Tip Allowance Applied)
- Non pooled house !
- Take guests’ food and beverage orders, utilize salesmanship techniques, and make appropriate recommendations.
- Always read and anticipate your guests needs when making suggestions.
- Input orders into POS system correctly.
- Have a strong knowledge of all house cocktails as well as standard recipes.
- Have a strong knowledge of our wine list and be prepared to answer questions.
- Open all wine and champagne bottles using proper wine service techniques.
- Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
- Interact in a courteous and professional manner with guests, supervisors, and co-workers.
- Act with integrity and honesty, and alert management to any and all issues that may arise at a guest.
- Maintain menu knowledge throughout employment, continuously review menu items, and keep up to date with any changes.
Bussers - based on experience, ability, and character.
As a Busser, you are a tremendous part of our success. You have a direct impact on the level of service that we offer, not only through your lifeline assisting the service team, but your interaction with the guests as well!. Together, we will work to provide a memorable dining experience for each of our guests.
Hourly Rate $5.26 + tips (with NJ Tip Allowance Applied)
- Complete all opening duties as assigned.
- Properly stock plates, silverware, and condiments according to restaurant par and standards.
- Communicate any supply shortages to management.
- Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
- Make sure guests have everything they need before leaving the table.
- Interact in a courteous and professional manner with guests, supervisors, and co-workers.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the line, dining room floors, and paths of service.
- Assist the dishwashers in always maintaining order of plates and glassware in the dish room.
- Complete extra cleaning projects as assigned.
- Complete end of night closing side-work as per restaurant standards.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols.
Maitre D' & Hosts
Hourly Rate MD $22/HR+/Hosts $16+/HR + other financial incentives
As the face of our restaurant you are the first and last employee our guests see. We are looking for warm and energetic individuals that exemplify elegance and class. Members that know how to organize themselves in accordance with the atmosphere and can accommodate our dining room to the highest standard.

- Organized and efficient, with multitasking abilities.
- Knows how to make the guest experience exceptional and memorable. Knowing our regulars and always creating ones!
- OT proficiency, can answer multiple phone lines at once, can direct traffic, and can remain poised while doing so.
- Follows direction well and can take constructive criticism.
- Understands that there is always something to do.
- Well kept, well mannered, and with a pleasant demeanor.
- MD should have a rolodex of regulars and high end clientele.
- MD will work directly with management to ensure the highest level of the guest experience from start to finish.
- Loves a fast paced, high energy environment.
Line Cooks & Prep
Hourly Rate/$16-$22 (dependent on experience)
As one of our line cooks you create with passion and integrity. You exemplify the gold standard and put your name behind every dish that leaves our kitchen. Working with renowned Chef Noury you will learn how to deliver excellence and elevate the palate of every guest that comes to experience our restaurant.
- Organized and punctual.
- Clean and can take direction.
- Takes pride in their creations and aims for perfection every time.
- Displays a tough and tenacious character in their work ethic and ability to work for their feet for hours.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs if needed.
- Understands food safety and has a certification.
- Spanish speaking is a PLUS, but not a requirement.
- Wants to learn and elevate their skill set in a state of the art kitchen.
- Has a desire to grow beyond one station and learn all to aspire to be a world class chef themselves.
Dishwashers
Hourly Rate $16/hr
The most important position in a restaurant. We lead and manage with respect. We've worked every position in a restaurant and understand how hard it is. Our team all believes this is a great way to start in a kitchen and learn our culture. Our management philosophy is one of respect and you will never be treated as someone who just cleans. You are the reason we can serve hundreds of guests a night and we want individuals who take pride in being a part of team that produces excellence day in and day out.
