An exciting and unique opportunity to join the new team at Perla Oyster Bar. Perla started as a mobile private events company and is rapidly growing. Our first store is set to open this fall!
The cook/counter role is a hybrid position. We operate an open kitchen concept and all cooks/counter staff are customer-facing and interact directly with guests. You must be as comfortable with a knife as you are dealing with guests, taking orders, and delivering exceptional hospitality.
Our ideal candidates must have experience. Oyster and clam shucking experience is preferred. The ability to multitask, work clear headed and diligent under pressure, work cleanly and professionally.
Position will start as part time but quickly grow to full time. We expect to be very busy from the start and are only considering serious and hard working candidates.
All positions at Perla share in the tip pool. Guaranteed $20+ per hour.
Must be available evenings and weekends. No AM shifts.
