Experienced Barista Wanted – Latte Art Required | Bergen County, NJ
We’re a boutique, specialty coffee bar in Bergen County looking for a true coffee professional — someone who lives and breathes espresso, latte art, and craft coffee.
This is not a basic barista position. We’re looking for someone who knows the coffee bar inside and out and takes pride in their craft.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of professional barista experience (espresso-focused)
Confident dialing in espresso and working with commercial espresso machines
Strong latte art skills are REQUIRED (photos must be submitted to apply)
Deep understanding of coffee bean regions, processing methods & flavor profiles
Comfortable educating, inspiring, and connecting with customers
Creative mindset with interest in seasonal and signature drink development
Organized, clean, detail-oriented behind the bar
Positive, friendly energy — you help set the vibe
Applications without latte art photos will not be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing
Pulling high-quality espresso shots and crafting milk-based drinks
Creating clean, consistent latte art every day
Helping develop seasonal drinks and specialty recipes
Maintaining a clean, efficient, well-organized coffee bar
Engaging guests and elevating their coffee experience
Contributing to a chill, creative, boutique café atmosphere
