Looking for someone that can make simple salads, sandwiches and serve Togo meals from buffet for walkins, online and phone orders. We fry to order our famous gourmet empanadas, so having knowledge on how to use a deep fryer is a plus.
We use other 3rd party delivery companies in which tablets and online menus are updated and used by front end manager. Highly recommend knowledge on how they operate and work with these 3rd party companies.
We specialize in Empanadas but we also sell Dominican, Puerto Rican and Cuban foods. Would be great if person knew how to work with empanada doughs making dessert empanadas.
We also have a food truck and food stands.
We pay training.
