We are looking to hire an experienced Head Chef to take full responsibility for back end, need to have capability to develop a system which includes,
1 having a schedule how dishes are getting out meaning what should come 1-2-3
2 getting a timing how long everything will be taking to get out but that should be a max time and it should never exceed
3 food taste and quality should remain always consistent,
4 we have to develop a simple way of preparing the dishes so coming hires should be simple to train,
5 the waste should stay at the least percentage possible,
6 inventory ct should be organized,
