Position: Consulting Chef / Menu Developer

We’re looking for an experienced chef or culinary consultant to help revamp our existing menu with fresh, modern, and innovative dishes while maintaining our core brand identity.
Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate our current menu
Develop updated dishes that balance creativity and practicality
Incorporate current food trends, seasonal ingredients, and visual appeal
Provide guidance on presentation, costing, and kitchen workflow
Ideal Candidate:
Proven background in menu development or restaurant concept creation
Strong understanding of flavor balance and modern culinary techniques
Able to collaborate with our kitchen team for training and rollout
