Responsibilities:
Support daily restaurant operations and staff supervision
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling staff
Monitor inventory and manage ordering
Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
Work closely with the team to meet goals
Qualifications:
Previous hospitality experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (3-4 days a week)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
