As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and reliable Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our team. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality management.
Position Overview:
The Part-Time Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth front-of-house operations, maintain excellent guest experiences, and support staff leadership. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a full-time management role within an established, community-focused restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations
Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service
Support with scheduling, training, and supervising staff
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health & safety standards
Step in to resolve customer issues with professionalism and care
Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies
Uphold a positive, team-oriented work environment
Help coordinate and manage private events and special functions
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Experience working events or in high-volume settings is a plus
A flexible schedule, including availability on nights and weekends
Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow professionally

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
