Responsibilities-

Prepare food: Wash, chop, and slice vegetables, cut meat, and other meal prep

Cook food: Use cooking equipment like ovens, fryers, and broilers to cook menu items

Plate food: Plate dishes according to food plating techniques

Maintain cleanliness: Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and take out trash

Ensure food quality: Follow food safety standards and ensure food quality and presentation

Prepare workstation: Set up workstations with equipment and supplies

Communicate: Communicate with other kitchen staff and the expediter

Work under pressure: Work quickly and accurately to ensure that dishes are prepared and served on time

Skills and knowledge, Strong understanding of cooking techniques and skills,

Knowledge of kitchen safety protocols, Ability to work efficiently under pressure,

Proficiency in various cooking techniques, and Experience with food safety protocols.
