We’re looking for a seasoned, hands-on Manager to lead our team during the night shift at our busy, fast-paced restaurant.
Requirements:
Proven experience in restaurant or diner management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage teams and customer flow
Reliable, organized, and solutions-focused
What You’ll Do:
– Oversee operations and staff
—Hiring and Firing of Staff
– Ensure top-tier customer service
– Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
– Handle cash, orders, and inventory
– Lead by example
—Must have knowledge of cooking and food presentation
—Closing the restaurant at night
Full time job - Weekends and Holidays
Shift Hours are from 2pm to 8pm and 10 am to 8pm.
Outstanding candidates may be subject to higher pay grade.
