Bagels by Jarrett (don't let the name fool you, we are an upscale takeout restaurant and pizza slice shop) is searching for a second in command in the kitchen. Sou Chef would be responsible for the following:
Pasta Making (extruding machine, if you can make pasta by hand even better, will train the right person)
Assisting current head chef with prep and service
Catering assistance
We're looking for an all around team player who can jump in at any position including the head chef role when the head chef is off. When applying for the position please tell me about your prior work and why you could be a good fit. Potential for a lot of hours. Quickly growing business.
