Responsibilities:
Source, order, and maintain top-quality ingredients.
Train, develop, and oversee kitchen team members.
Ensure smooth, professional service and uphold cleanliness standards.
Maintain and repair kitchen equipment as needed.
Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls to meet budget goals.
Requirements:
3+ years in a management role; 5+ years in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively
55 hours/week.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
