Sushi Restaurant is seeking a qualified Sushi Chef to join its team and possibly a partnership to deliver an impeccable Sushi service experience for our guests.
Qualified Sushi Chefs will require a minimum of 2 years for consideration. A strong preference will be given to Chefs who have worked at New York Times’ and/or Michelin Starred restaurants. Qualified Chefs will have a strong skill for butchering multiple different species of fish and shellfish, preparing sushi rice, strong knowledge of essential ingredients related to sushi service, such as soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger, and ability to work in a strong team focused Sushi Kitchen. Qualified candidates will work directly under Ownership and Management team.
