We’re looking for a talented Sushi Chef to design and lead our growing sushi program! Our sushi bar has already earned a loyal following — now we’re expanding and elevating the experience even further.
In this role, you'll craft a rotating menu of sashimi, nigiri, crudo, and hand rolls, source top-quality fish, train and inspire the team, and collaborate on seasonal specials. Opportunities for private omakase-style experiences may also be part of the journey.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of sushi experience (fine dining or upscale settings preferred)
Expert knife skills and fish handling
A passion for clean, beautiful, ingredient-driven cuisine
Calm, professional leadership style
Familiarity with Mediterranean flavors is a plus
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
