What You’ll Do
Cook with intention — consistency and precision aren’t buzzwords here, they’re the baseline.
Handle prep, cleaning, and everything in between to keep the kitchen humming.
Work directly with Chef/Owner and Chef de Cuisine on dishes that evolve with the seasons.
Bring energy and ideas to a young restaurant that’s just getting started.
