We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fulfill the Human Resource/Schedule Coordinator role at our private home-based home health care agency. The ideal candidate will manage human resource functions and coordinate client care schedules.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including conducting interviews and maintaining employee records.
2. Coordinate client care schedules, ensuring proper staffing levels to meet client needs.
3. Communicate regularly with caregivers to ensure their schedules align with client requirements.
4. Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and addressing caregiver availability issues.
5. Collaborate with management to address staffing needs and optimize scheduling efficiency.
6. Maintain accurate records of employee credentials, certifications, and training requirements.
7. Handle employee relations matters and serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resources and/or scheduling coordination, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and HR management systems.
