Locally-owned practice in Flanders, NJ is seeking a driven, motivated, skilled Acupuncturist.

Responsibilities:
Perform client assessments to understand client symptoms, medical history, injuries, and wellness goals.
Design the appropriate acupuncture treatment plan following the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Expertise in trigger point therapy and other techniques such as Dry Needling, Cupping and Gua Sha.
Educate client on acupuncture and holistic health practices including lifestyle and dietary guidance.
Provide client-centered care with a focus on pain management and acute pain relief.
Manage acute and chronic pain conditions.
Apply knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to target specific pain points effectively.
Document client’s condition and progress.
Maintain and follow sanitary guidelines to ensure a safe and sterile environment.
Capable of building strong client relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Adept at working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and goals.
Effective communicator who is able to determine the best way to reach different audiences.
Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged.
Ability to solve problems and work independently.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.
Requirements:
Valid Acupuncturist license in NJ
Active liability insurance
Prior experience of 3+ years
Reliable and dependable
Professional demeanor
Personable
Positive attitude
Proficiency in client service and care
Attention to detail and organized
Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop rapport with clients
Willingness to collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients
