Medical office front desk position needed immediately. Monday to Friday 9-5pm (not negotiable). No summer hours.

This is a neurosurgical private practices so experience in the medical field is preferred.
Must be able to speak on the phone and be highly articulate, effective and positive in dealing with patients.
Must be able to travel between our other offices in Montclair and Teaneck (alternate Friday's)
Must be a hard worker and have very strong organizational skills Must be reliable.
Must be able to multi task and think a 10 steps ahead
Must be able to move quickly at times, especially on patient days (2 days a week)
We need someone long term so please do not apply if you are not looking for a long term position.
Pay starts at $20 an hour and after 90 days will go up from there commensurate with work ethic.
