Job Summary:
Schedule: Remote or Onsite. 2 Days per Week (Thursday is Mandatory), 8 Hours per Day
The Human Resource & Administrative Specialist will oversee a variety of essential functions, ensuring smooth operations in payroll, executive support, insurance, vendor and landlord correspondence, financial reporting, and more. This is a pivotal role for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking.
Responsibilities:
Payroll & HR Administration: Manage payroll processing, employee onboarding/offboarding, and HR documentation.
Executive Assistance: Provide support to ownership and management, including scheduling, communication, and task coordination.
Insurance & Compliance: Oversee insurance policies, renewals, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and communicate with maintenance providers to keep the restaurant running seamlessly.
Weekly Financial Reporting: Compile and report financial data, including expenses and revenue summaries, to leadership.
Landlord & Vendor Correspondence: Maintain professional communication with landlords and vendors, handling contracts, invoices, and inquiries.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative, HR, or operational roles (hospitality experience preferred).
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in payroll ADP software and Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information.
