Job Duties:
Wash and clean dishes, pots & pans, glassware, food preparation equipment and utensils
Keep kitchen work areas and equipment clean and orderly
Operate industrial dishwasher
Comply with all sanitation policies
Perform general maintenance duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalency
Previous dishwashing experience in large industrial kitchen
Ability to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts
Ability to operate industrial machinery and carry up to 20lbs
