We are looking for a handyman with prior experience completing service calls for clients, the Job will require going around to multiple service calls daily,
You are to have extensive knowledge of all types of handyman repairs including but not limited too:
1. Electric (i.e. change outlets, lights, breakers, switches, etc)
2. Minor Plumbing (i.e. toilets, sinks, showerbody's etc)
3. Household repairs (i.e. Repair windows, doors, diagnose leak, sheetrock repairs, paint, etc)
4. Exterior repairs (i.e. minor facade repairs, minor roofing repairs, etc)
Qualifications for the Job:
1.Communication skills
2. Punctual (be on time every day)
3 Ability to work quickly and complete requests quick and eeficiently without wasting time on it
This full time position pays
$25 an hour
+ gas reimbursements
