North NJ landscaping company seeking highly motivated individual to join our team.
Day - to - day duties and responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Operate truck with landscaping trailer.
- Performing basic lawn maintenance (mowing, weed trimming, weeding, spring & fall clean ups)
- Pruning of shrubs and trees.
- Plantings flowers, shrubs, trees.
- Mulch
- Topsoil
- Snow removal during off season.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years professional landscaping experience.
- Mechanical skills - familiarity with operating and performing general maintenance using ride-on mowers, weed trimmers and blowers.
- Problem solving skills.
- Capable of efficiently working with others.
- Must be confident and motivated
- Speak english (bilingual is a plus).
- Clean Drivers license.
Individual should love working outdoors in different types of weather, enjoy physical labor, and have an interest in plants and trees. Pay ranges from $18 - $25/hr - Compensation is based on experience
- 40 Hour weeks (Monday - Friday). Optional Overtime.
- Weekly paychecks.
- Incentive and year end bonuses.
