Stucco Project Manager (Job site will be in Rockland County)
We are seeking an experienced Stucco Project Manager to join our team starting at the end of February. This full-time 6 month contract position requires availability Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee stucco projects from start to finish
Manage and coordinate a crew of 8-10 workers daily
Ensure quality stucco application and repairs
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members
Maintain project schedules and budgets
Utilize computer systems for planning and reporting
Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of stucco systems and repairs
Field experience in stucco application and project management
Bilingual (Spanish & English) a must
Strong leadership, organization, and planning skills
Computer literacy (basic project management software, email, etc.)
Understanding of OSHA requirements and certifications
Experience with scaffolding and lift operations
