INSULPRO is growing, and we're looking for a solid crew of 2-3 experienced individuals to join our team in firestopping and airsealing. If you have a background in insulation and want to be part of a hardworking, dependable team, we want to hear from you.
What We're Looking For:
Experience with firestopping, air sealing, or general insulation work
Familiarity with construction sites, safety standards, and power tools
Ability to work efficiently in a team
Willingness to learn and grow with us
What You’ll Be Doing:
Installing firestop and airseal systems in commercial and multifamily buildings
Reading and interpreting construction drawings (helpful but not required)
Maintaining jobsite cleanliness and safety
Reporting to jobsite supervisors and working closely with other trades
Must Have:
Valid driver’s license
Experience with spray foam or fiberglass insulation
