Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate for manufacturing Plant. The ideal candidate will be certified to operate a forklift and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against packing lists and purchase orders
Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies
Accurately label, document, and store inventory
Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and carrier standards
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize inventory
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, sales) for timely order fulfillment
Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
Qualifications:
Experience operating forklifts safely
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
