Job Duties:
Successfully remove snow and ice from site.
Conduct site inspections and post season damage analysis.
Perform onsite training with the operators and labor.
Communicate with customer onsite to ensure highest satisfaction.
Ensure proper equipment, materials, and tools are onsite.
Ensure equipment is ready to be used for the following storm.
Available 24/7 for all snow and ice events.
Requirements:
Managerial experience related to snow or landscape or construction
1+ years of snow plow experience preferred
Basic understanding of Smartphone technology
Knowledge of site equipment used for snow removal
Hold current drivers license, accompanied by clean driving record
Enjoys working as a team onsite
