Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented attorney who is licensed to practice in New Jersey and in good standing. As part of our team, the successful candidate will be trained in immigration law and will assist with a variety of legal tasks, including but not limited to:
Preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents
Conducting legal research and analysis related to immigration law
Communicating effectively with clients to provide guidance and updates on their cases
Drafting legal memoranda, affidavits, and other related documents
Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet client needs and firm deadlines
Managing a caseload of immigration matters with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Requirements:
Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and in good standing
Recent law school graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong work ethic, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual candidates (preferably in Spanish) are preferred
Availability to work 40 hours per week
