QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
· Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
· Strong math, written and verbal communication skills
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word – Outlook - Excel
· Ability to comfortably multi-task in a fast paced, team-structured setting
· Office Experience; adaptability to change, and balance competing demands
· Associate or Bachelor's Degree, professionalism and a positive attitude
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Assist attorneys in the initial preparation of correspondence, legal documents and Court prep
· Finalize legal documents and file with Courts
· Correspond with clients, management companies, tenants and the Courts, via phone and email
· Filing; create and maintain client files
· Monitor and calendar Court dates and deadlines
