C&M Shade Corp. is a family-owned small business that manufactures and distributes custom window treatments in Fairfield, NJ. We are seeking full-time employees for hybrid driver/factory positions to assist in the fabrication of roller shades. These employees will split their time approximately 50%-50% making deliveries and working in the factory.
Delivery Driver responsibilities will include:
- Transporting products from warehouse to job sites throughout the NYC metropolitan area
Factory Responsibilities may include:
- Measuring and cutting textile and aluminum materials
- Assembling and mounting product components
- Labeling, packaging, and shipping products
- General assembly and labor tasks
No previous experience required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Stated, have a valid driver’s license, should be able to use a tape measure, and be motivated to learn new skills.
