Northern NJ fabrication shop is looking for Metal Finisher specializing in surface preparation located in Clifton, NJ
Related experience preferred but not required!
The metal finisher/polisher will perform all grinding and polishing on Stainless steel and bring the product back to a #4 finish. This professional needs to be knowledgeable of metal removal and polishing methods and techniques, Standard Procedures. We are looking for someone reliable and willing to learn a new profession.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Receives and performs expertly all order requirements and metal finishing/polishing instructions.
Undergoes specific training and instruction to achieve acceptable levels of skills, quality, and productivity.
Performs routine equipment cleaning and maintenance programs.
Communicates effectively with supervision and other operating personnel.
Achieves goals/objectives established with supervision.
Ability to work in fast paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS
High school education or equivalent.
Previous Metal Polishing Experience is a PLUS.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
