Production Line Operator – Cosmetic Manufacturing (Temp to Full-Time)

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Line Operators in our cosmetic manufacturing facility. This is a temp-to-full-time position with room for growth and long-term career opportunities for dedicated team members.
Key Responsibilities:
-Filling Bottles: Operate filling machines to accurately fill cosmetic products into bottles and containers.
-Packing: Safely and efficiently pack filled bottles into boxes, preparing them for shipment.
-Labeling: Ensure products are labeled correctly and consistently according to quality standards.
-Quality Control: Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
-General Line Support: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, including periodic machine checks and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
-Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly line work is a plus but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
-Skills: Ability to follow detailed instructions, work efficiently, and maintain high attention to detail.
-Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 25-40 pounds as needed.
-Team-Oriented: Willing to collaborate with others to meet production goals and uphold company standards.
