PRINTING/ADVERTISING Business located in Roselle Park, NJ looking for a full-time employee that is available to start right away. Experience in the printing industry is not needed, as you will be trained on how to use any of the machines in addition to what is expected regarding company standards & policy.
Job duties will include:
-Assisting our shop manager with client relations - taking phone calls, creating invoices, working with specific client accounts, creating weekly updates to our (new) website
-Operating some printing equipment: digital roll-to-roll printers, plotters, flatbed printers, high-volume printer/copiers, etc.
-Assisting with product finishings: cutting, collating, stapling, drilling, folding, banner hemming and welding, laminating, and preparation of finished products prior to shipping.
-Assisting with customer orders / working directly with clients via phone & computer
-Assisting with Inventory Control
-Assisting with Certain shipping duties
-End of day tasks - assist with vacuuming, sweeping, keeping work spaces clean, etc.
We are looking for a hard-working and RELIABLE person who is seeking LONG-TERM employment with an opportunity to grow and move up within the company. Due to increased workloads, we need someone who is available to start right away!
Although we are a smaller-sized business, we have a nationwide client base and we purposely keep a smaller workforce in order to give as many opportunities to our employees as possible. You will be working hand-in-hand with 3 - 5 other employees, so YOUR ABILITY TO WORK WELL WITH OTHERS IS ESSENTIAL.
We start work at 8am every day, so you will need to be able to arrive at our shop in Roselle Park by 7:50am, Monday - Friday. BEING ON TIME IS MANDATORY, so please only apply if you know this will not be a problem. Our normal workday is 8am - 5pm. Any hours worked above 8/day (or over 40 hrs in one week) will be paid as overtime (time and a half). Additional overtime hours are often available as well.

Job/Time Requirements and Pay Scale:
Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm with additional Overtime hrs available on most weeks. Starting off at $22.60/hr with Plenty of opportunities for pay increases based on job performance.
